Inside

accommodation at Adina is arranged over two wings on slightly different levels, and an externally accessed suite on the lower ground floor. The style throughout is one of contemporary minimalist chic, where a calming palette of white, grey and natural wood exalts the property's clean lines and geometric forms, and where designer furnishings are juxtaposed against feature walls in cool grey slate. Myriad sea-view windows open out onto the surrounding terraces and add to the airy, luminous and sophisticated atmosphere.

The main entrance takes one into a hallway, off which the accommodation flows. To the left, one enters a large open-concept communal space, home to a convivial dining area, a sleek kitchen centred around a long island work station, and a double-sized living area featuring modern curvilinear sofas and chaise longues, a large TV, and a suspended metal fireplace.

Near the fireplace, a door opens into the first of the five bedrooms. This generously proportioned double-aspect room has a large double bed, two sets of glass bi-fold doors opening out onto the terraces and bringing in the sea views, a voluptuous en-suite bathroom with tub. Just outside is a large, sheltered al fresco hot-water shower (which also serves the pool) and a little gym.

Heading back to the entrance hall, a few steps lead down to the second wing, home to four more bedrooms, three doubles and a double-twin accessed from a corridor. All have en-suite shower rooms, wonderful sea views and open directly onto a furnished terrace, from where, via a few steps, one may arrive at the pool area and the path down to the sea.

The remaining accommodation at Adina is situated in the lower ground floor, accessed via some external steps. Here there is a guesthouse, comprising a double bedroom, an en-suite shower room, an open-plan living and dining space, and a kitchenette. Although it doesn't have sea views, this is a great space for those seeking independence.

Outside

guests staying at Adina naturally gravitate to the large expanse of sea-view terrace accessed from the communal areas and the master suite. The creamy white stone of this area gives way to one of our most stylish pools, a slender, 20m-long heatable infinity pool that is perfect for those who wish to indulge in some "serious" swimming. Just below the pool is a bathroom.

The terrace wraps around one side of the first wing, where there is a delightful shady al fresco dining area and outdoor kitchen overlooking the sea. Steps connect this area to the terrace of the second wing, creating an easy flow around the entire property. Spellbinding sunsets, well-designed exterior lighting and an integrated sound system make for unforgettable convivial al fresco evenings.

Adina's terraces are surrounded by luxuriant gardens, which blend seamlessly with the natural greenery of the coastline.

Lastly, though for many guests perhaps the most important feature of Adina, is its beach access. A path of 80 easy steps wends its way down through the gardens, which opens out onto a peaceful, secluded sandy-pebbly beach and the irresistible waters of the Aegean Sea. Halfway down is a delightful tree-shaded lounge area that's perfect for gazing out to sea, taking a siesta, or, thanks to the presence of a shower and a drinks fridge, cooling off in style.

Adina features a fantastic infinity pool, offering swimmers stunning sea views while in the pool. There is a drop from the infinity edge so we recommend children are supervised at all times when around and using the pool.

Please note that due to the risk of wildfires, the use of fire pits and barbecues is restricted when the weather is windy or temperatures are high. This is particularly common in July and August. More information will be provided in your House Guide and via your local specialist.
