A culinary week with Michelin-starred chef, Christian Puglisi
From 9th - 16th November 2019 and 25th April - 2nd May 2020, Rocca delle Tre Contrade will be hosting week-long, full-immersion experiences for gastronomes and keen amateur cooks led by renowned chef Christian F. Puglisi.
Christian worked in the kitchens of El Bulli (“Best Restaurant in the World” in 2002, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009), and Noma (“Best Restaurant in the World” in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2014) before setting up is own restaurant, Relæ, in Copenhagen, in 2010. In 2017, Relæ was rated as on of the Top 50 best restaurants in the world.

Food and photography with Marte Marie Forsberg
From 1st - 8th February 2020, Rocca delle Tre Contrade will be hosting a week-long, full-immersion experience for food-lovers and keen amateur photographers led by Marte Marie Forsberg, a photographer and author of cookbooks, known for her captivating use of visual storytelling.
During the week, you will take part in photographic workshops and be immersed in Sicilian food culture, with excursions to almond groves, vineyards and food markets, and cooking classes with Rocca delle Tre Contrade's in-house home cooks. There will also be a very special celebration of Catania’s patron saint Sant’Agata to savour.
