Main House

• Bedroom 4: master double (180x200cm), en-suite bathroom with two-person Jacuzzi hot tub and chromotherapy shower
• Bedroom 5: single (80x190cm), accessed via the master bedroom and shares the master bedroom's en-suite bathroom. For these reasons, this room is only really suitable for a child

Lower Apartment

• Bedroom 6: double (160x180cm) with en-suite shower room
• Bedroom 7: double-twin (160/80x190cm) with en-suite bathroom

NB: A double-twin bedroom has two single beds that can either be joined together to create a double bed or left separate as two single beds.

Reduced Occupancy

During the shoulder seasons, Baia dei Turchi has a reduced price for a group of up to 9 that only need up to 5 bedrooms. The bedrooms not required will be closed, but the rest of the villa, its amenities and its grounds will remain at the complete disposal of guests. Should you book the reduced occupancy, bedrooms 1 to 5 will be prepared for you.

Inside

Baia dei Turchi is distributed over three floors. One enters on the ground floor, which is home to a light, spacious living and dining area with open fireplace, comfy sofas and a day bed. Large glass doors provide direct, seamless access to the pool terrace and gardens. Also on this floor is a fully equipped kitchen, a small guest bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

A few steps lead from near the living area down to two double bedrooms with sea views and access to the garden. One has an en-suite shower room, the other a shower room next door.

Heading back to the ground floor, a spiral staircase takes one up to the first floor and the splendid main double bedroom, which features a large sea-view window and an en-suite bathroom with two-person Jacuzzi hot tub and chromotherapy shower. Accessed from the master bedroom is a study with garden view which may be made up as a single bedroom on request (please note that this is only really suitable for a child as the occupant would share the master bedroom's en-suite bathroom).

The remaining bedrooms, a double with en-suite shower room and a double-twin with en-suite bathroom with tub, are located on the lower ground floor in a separate apartment.

The lower ground floor is also home to a pampering hammam including a steam room, chromotherapy lighting, a hydro-massage shower and an internal water feature, all dressed in Moroccan tadelakt. Just around the corner, passing through a relaxing tea area, is the fitness centre with treadmill, mirrored walls and a multi-gym.

Outside

the terraces and gardens are large, well furnished, and have plenty of areas for dining and relaxing. The focal point is undoubtedly the delightful heatable infinity pool, which looks out over the gardens and the hot tub Jacuzzi and out to sea.

Exploring the gardens, you will soon come across the sea-view sauna and, beyond that, a small garden gate that leads, via a short road, down to the small pebbly-sandy beach.
