The TV snug has a double sofa bed which, on specific request and for an extra weekly fee, may be used as a fifth bedroom, bringing the total number of guests up to 10. If used as an extra bedroom, it would make use of the shower room next door.
NB: A double-twin bedroom has two single beds that can either be joined together to create a double bed or left separate as two single beds.
Reduced Occupancy
During the shoulder seasons, Khaleesi has reduced prices for groups that don’t need to use all the bedrooms. The bedrooms not required will be closed, but the rest of the villa, its amenities and its grounds will remain at the complete disposal of guests. About the property
Inside
accommodation at Khaleesi is all on one floor. The main entrance takes one into the hub of the house, a spacious open-concept space. To one side is a living area with an extra large sofa, a fireplace and a TV, while to the other is a dining table and a sleek, well-equipped modern kitchen with wooden breakfast bar. Two wide sliding glass doors drink in the sensational sea views and allow access to the al fresco areas, while lofty white-beamed ceilings help to create a luminous, airy atmosphere.Flanking either side of this convivial space are two sleeping wings, each one hosting a pair of bright, sea-view double-twin bedrooms. All four bedrooms come with terrace access and en-suite bathrooms - the main bedroom has both tub and shower while the others have showers. One of the wings has an extra shower room and a TV snug with log burner and sofa bed (see Think About), while the other is home to a utility room.
Outside
all Khaleesi's rooms (except for the snug) flow outside via large sliding doors. The central communal hub opens out onto a shady terrace furnished for al fresco dining and lounging. Beyond here is the irresistible infinity pool which features a shallow area ideal for younger children.To one side of the pool area is a large shady olive tree and a barbecue area with sink, fridge and a bar, the perfect spot for a sundowner while grilling up a delicious dinner. The gentle olive and cypress tree-carpeted hills that surround Khaleesi add to the sensation of peace and seclusion.

About the Area
Khaleesi occupies a privileged panoramic position above one of Corfu's most picturesque stretches of coastline. A short drive away is the delightful seafront village of Aghios Stefanos, home to a beach, five tavernas, a couple of cocktail bars, a selection of shops, and boat hire facilities. The village can be reached on foot - about 25 minutes down quite a steep dirt track. Also in walking distance is the lovely beach and taverna of Kerasia.
About a 10-minute drive away is Kalami Bay, site of the famous White House, once the residence of the writer Lawrence Durrell, now a seafront restaurant and bar, where you can sit and imagine James Bond stopping in for a Vodka Martini (parts of For Your Eyes Only were filmed there).
For a larger selection of bars, tavernas and shops (or for a spot of nightlife) bustling Kassiopi is just a 10-minute drive away, while Avlaki beach, one of Corfu's loveliest, is an easy drive away. Heading south, charming Corfu Town with its fortifications and the historic labyrinth of streets is about 50 minutes' drive and well worth a visit. If you're travelling with kids, there are plenty of stimulating activities and attractions for children within easy reach.
Considerations
The last part of the access road to Khaleesi is unpaved, so we recommend guests hire a 4x4 car or at least one with high clearance.
While the seafront village of Aghios Stefanos and the beach and taverna of Kerasia are walkable (about 25/30 minutes), the paths, one a dirt track, the other a semi-cemented track, are quite steep and unlit and not recommended at night.
Please note that due to the risk of wildfires, the use of fire pits and barbecues is restricted when the weather is windy or temperatures are high. This is particularly common in July and August. More information will be provided in your House Guide and via your local specialist.

Khaleesi was the perfect place for our family to unwind for a week and discover the beautiful island of Corfu. The house is brilliantly designed, with lots of space for everyone to spread out, but the real highlight is the view - the most breath-taking sight of mountains, the sea and Albania in the background. I lost track of the hours we spent out on the sunny terrace simply gazing across the the horizon! There are also lots of fantastic things to do only a short drive away, in particular exploring the little coves along the coast below - each with its own beach and taverna!
