Inside

accommodation at Koralli is laid out over a main house on three floors and an independent guest room, accessed externally from the terraces.

The impressive double doors of the main house lead into an extremely roomy and welcoming open-concept space. At the centre, a couple of steps down, is a luminous communal area, whose buttery stone-flagged floors, criss-crossed wood-beamed ceiling, white marble features, and numerous French doors opening out onto sea-view terraces set the tone for the aesthetics of the property as a whole.

Flooded with light, the space is divided into three distinct zones: two sitting areas with sink-in sofas and armchairs (the first, gathered around a fireplace, the second – served by a well-equipped bar hewn out of a single block of marble – facing a large TV); and a dining area with a large table looking out to sea.

To the right and left of the main entrance, corridors lead to the remaining accommodation on the ground floor. The first provides access to the wonderful kitchen, whose T-shaped formation features a marble-topped island, marble-topped work stations, endless clean-cut wooden cabinetry, and doors leading out onto the terraces. A passageway links the kitchen to a breakfast room, which in turn flows back into the dining area in the main communal space.

The second corridor, meanwhile, leads to the property’s first bedroom, a double with sleek en-suite shower room with marble tops and gold fittings (features that reappear in all the bathrooms). Following this corridor beyond the bedroom, one comes to the bar serving the communal area.

Two flights of stairs (one in each corridor) lead up to the upper floor wings of the main house.

The first wing is home to the principal bedroom, a splendidly proportioned, triple-aspect double with enchanting sea views, a private terrace, a large walk-in wardrobe, and an opulent en-suite bathroom with double sinks, a tub, and a separate shower.

The second wing, which is spread over two floors, is home to six more bedrooms.

Accessed from the first-floor landing are:

• two sea-view suites with comfortably furnished sitting areas, mezzanine levels with double beds, en-suite shower rooms, and access to a terrace
• two spacious double bedrooms, one with a sitting area, both with en-suite shower rooms and terrace access

Stairs from the first-floor landing lead up to the second floor, where there are two more bedrooms, both under lofty, green-painted, wood-beamed ceilings:

• a generous double with plenty of windows, a private terrace, access to a shared terrace and an en-suite bathroom with tub
• a double-twin bedroom with terraces access and an en-suite shower room

The remaining accommodation at Koralli is the independent guest room, which is accessed externally just across the terraces from the main house's kitchen. It hosts a spacious double bedroom with a fireplace, a TV, and a pair of comfy armchairs, and an en-suite shower room.

Outside

sitting in an enviable position with its toes in the sea, Koralli is enveloped in immaculate wrap-around gardens and terraces, which provide an abundance of space for al fresco pursuits of all kinds. Guests can come together for convivial gatherings or find their own spot in which to relax, read a book or take an afternoon snooze. Restful views out over the blue Aegean are framed by lofty Mediterranean pines and colourful flora, creating the perfect setting for a pure Greek retreat.

The living and dining area and the kitchen open out via numerous French doors onto a wide sweep of perfectly paved terrace that runs along the entire façade and round the sides of the villa. It is here, under a series of shady gazebos furnished for lounging and dining, and on the sun-kissed expanses, that you will no doubt spend much of your time.

Two sets of steps lead down from either side of the terrace (one passing a hot-tub) onto a manicured emerald lawn dotted with exotic palms. This green swathe runs all the way down to the sea walls and on to the magnificent zero-edge pool, whose curvaceous infinity edge seems suspended above the little beach below. Serving the pool is a voluminous gazebo hosting a comfortably furnished living area, a large dining table, and a well-equipped al fresco kitchen and bar.

To one side of the lawned area, steps lead down to the aces up Koralli’s sleeve: the rocky shoreline, a pebbly beach, and, lapped by transparent waters of the Aegean, a private jetty.

The principal bedroom on the first floor has its own fabulously panoramic sea-view terrace, and the two upper floor wings are connected by a large roof terrace, which morphs into long balconies shared by the other bedrooms on the first floor. For the very best views in the house, head up to the roof terrace on top of the principal bedroom.

Due to the nature of the property including terraces low walls and several drops around the grounds, children must be supervised at all times.

Koralli features a fantastic infinity pool, offering swimmers stunning views while in the pool. There is a drop off the infinity side so we recommend children are supervised at all times. Please refer to our general safety page if you would like more information about infinity pools.

The number of steps that must be negotiated to get into and/or around this property might make it unsuitable for people with reduced mobility.

Please note that due to the risk of wildfires, the use of fire pits and barbecues is restricted when the weather is windy or temperatures are high. This is particularly common in July and August. More information will be provided in your House Guide and via your local specialist.
