Pacifica is an exceptional property surrounded by beautiful grounds and right on the water with easy access to the local port of Vathi either by vehicle or foot. Having a pontoon to swim from and water toys was fantastic. The villa manager was so attentive to all our needs as were the rest of the team in the villa - we had exceptional service, and care, delicious meals and thoroughly enjoyed their company too! The day on the villa boat was so fantastic and the crew's knowledge of the area really enhances your stay. Would we return? Yes, we had a great experience - the villa itself was very comfortable and facilities, great location and the extra service with meals and cleaning service included, the included days on the boat and transfers from the mainland.

Pacifica is wonderfully located with great views out to sea. The grounds are extensive and beautifully kept leading down to the pontoon and access to the clear blue sea. The outside social area is expansive and so well presented and the pool is of good size. Inside it's so spacious and airy with attention to detail in every room, each one having having lovely aspects, with the master bedroom having a very large terrace and spectacular view over the grounds and bay. The social area within the villa is so relaxing to be in and enjoy the company of others. Our time at Pacifica was wonderful, we all enjoyed it so much. Another lovely time arranged through The Thinking Traveller - one of our best holidays ever. Well done.

The Area
Pacifica is located on the northernmost tip of Meganissi above gorgeous Balou Bay. Just 2km away (a pleasant 25-to-30-minute walk or a 5-minute drive) are the buzzing seafront tavernas, shops and harbour of Vathi. The neighbouring island of Lefkada is just a 20-minute crossing from Vathi.
Meganissi covers just 20 square kilometres but has plenty to offer, with numerous bays and beaches to explore, sleepy white-washed villages, such as Katomeri or Spartochori, to wander around and lots of good walking paths in the centre of the island.
The two main harbours of Vathi and Spilia are great spots for dining on fish, whiling away an hour or two with a drink in hand or setting out on one of the frequent ferries to visit other islands in the Ionian archipelago.
