The Area
Khaleesi occupies a privileged panoramic position above one of Corfu's most picturesque stretches of coastline. A short drive away is the delightful seafront village of Aghios Stefanos, home to a beach, five tavernas, a couple of cocktail bars, a selection of shops, and boat hire facilities. Also within walking distance is the lovely beach and taverna of Kerasia, and Kalami Bay, site of the famous White House, once the residence of the writer Lawrence Durrell, now a seafront restaurant and bar, where you can sit and imagine James Bond stopping in for a Vodka Martini (parts of For Your Eyes Only were filmed there). For a larger selection of bars, tavernas and shops (or for a spot of nightlife) bustling Kassiopi is just a 10-minute drive away, while Avlaki beach, one of Corfu's loveliest, is an easy drive away. Heading south, charming Corfu Town with its fortifications and the historic labyrinth of streets is about 50 minutes' drive and well worth a visit. If you're travelling with kids, there are plenty of stimulating activities and attractions for children within easy reach.

Khaleesi was built with the traveler in mind. No expense was spared in constructing and designing the home to not just provide incredible views from every room in the home - but to feature amenities to assist in relaxation, comfort and convenience to it's guests. Large open dining spaces both inside and outside the home. An outdoor kitchen that would meet the expectations of top chefs not just backyard enthusiasts. The large comfortable family room to rest and recharge after a long day. A great bonus room lounge if guests or children wanted their own fun space or for us - just some added space to spread out and prepare laundry and luggage for our next destination. Finally, the simple comfort of European hair dryers in every bath, the positioning of charging ports in every room and even spare converters provided by the home owners - just made you stop and say 'Thank you for thinking for everything!'

The views from Khaleesi are stunning! The villa is also super spacious, the perfect place to relax! Honestly it was a dream holiday. Our favorite part of the trip was the villa and the beaches in Kassiopi! I was shocked by how blue the water was. We also loved having the chef come for dinner. This trip exceeded all my expectations! The service was amazing. I don’t think it could’ve been better if we tried. 5 stars!
