None of the shower rooms/bathrooms have a w/c inside but on each floor there is a separate, shared w/c.

NB: A double-twin bedroom has two single beds that can either be joined together to create a double bed or left separate as two single beds.

Reduced Occupancy

During the shoulder seasons, Tamaricciu has a reduced price for a group of up to 6 that only need up to 3 bedrooms. The bedrooms not required will be closed, but the rest of the villa, its amenities and its grounds will remain at the complete disposal of guests. If unspecified, the best bedrooms will be prepared for you.

Inside

accommodation at Tamaricciu is spread over three floors. The main entrance takes one into the ground floor, which is home to two double bedrooms: one with a small double bed and en-suite shower room and a second one with an adjacent shower room. Both these bedrooms have splendid views down to the coast and the sea and large sliding glass doors opening onto a panoramic little terrace. A shared w/c (there is no w/c in the bathrooms) completes the accommodation on the ground floor.

A flight of stairs leads up to the first floor, where guests spend most of their waking hours. Here there is a spacious, light-filled open-plan living and dining area furnished with a pair of sink-in sofas to one end and a dining table to the other. Banks of sliding glass doors access the wonderful wrap-around terrace and pool area and bring in the gorgeous sea views.

Just off the dining area is the well-equipped modern kitchen whose large panoramic picture window above the sink might induce you to actually do the washing up rather than use the dishwasher. The first floor is also home to a laundry room and a guest bathroom.

Another flight of stairs takes you up to the second floor and the remaining bedrooms: a double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom with tub; a second double and a double-twin sharing a panoramic terrace and a shower room. All three bedrooms on the second floor boast stunning views out to sea. Neither the shared shower room or the en-suite bathroom have a w/c inside but there is a shared w/c accessed from the corridor linking the bedrooms.

Outside

the living room on the first floor spills out onto a large, wrap-around, teak-decked terrace offering incredible views out over the bay of Palombaggia.

There is a sitting area and a shaded dining area served by a barbecue, but the centrepiece is undoubtedly the impressively panoramic infinity pool. The terrace curves around the building to a shaded al fresco dining area served by a barbecue.

The two ground floor bedrooms have access to a small terrace area delimited by Mediterranean shrubs and two of the bedrooms on the second floor share a wonderful sea-view terrace.

Tamaricciu features a fantastic infinity pool, offering swimmers stunning views out to sea while in the pool. There is a drop from the infinity edge so we recommend children are supervised at all times. Please refer to our general safety page if you would like more information about infinity pools.

Due to the nature of the property including terraces low walls and several drops around the grounds, children must be supervised at all times.

The number of steps that must be negotiated to get into and/or around this property might make it unsuitable for people with mobility problems.

Tamaricciu is in a residential zone and some areas may be overlooked.
