Inside

accommodation at Belich is all on one level. The main entrance takes one from a sheltered courtyard into a welcoming dining room, from where one gets one's first glimpse of the stunning sea views. Lofty white-beamed ceilings, calming grey resin floors, white walls animated with colourful contemporary artworks, and French windows opening out onto the surrounding terraces all combine to create a light, airy atmosphere that is replicated throughout the house.

An opening to the right leads into the well-equipped, double aspect kitchen, which flows out both onto the main sea-view al fresco dining area and a sheltered courtyard. Heading left from the dining room, a hallway takes one to the remainder of the accommodation.

To one side is a beautiful double bedroom with access to the gardens, and a glamorous, luxuriously fitted en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. On the other side is a double-sized living room with two distinct areas: a TV snug furnished with sink-in sofas, and a second sitting area with table and sofa. French windows in both of these areas bring in the sea views and provide seamless access to the main terrace, the gardens and the pool.

Outside

the outdoor areas of Belich have been designed to make the most of the splendid sea views and to promote an effortless al fresco lifestyle. Terraces wrap around the house, offering a variety of areas in which to relax.

Running all the way along the sea-facing side of the house is a large shaded terrace accessed from all the indoor communal areas. Furnished for lounging and dining, this terrace also leads down, past a family of palm trees, to the lovely infinity pool, which comes with a submerged sitting ledge (the perfect spot for watching the sunset with an aperitif in hand) and a swimming pump (an attractive proposition for those wishing to do some energetic virtual lengths).

Extensive gardens spread out for about 100m before the house, and a gate at the bottom opens onto a path leading down to the glorious sandy beaches of the Belice Nature Reserve, about 300m away. A similar sized section of garden runs behind the house, much of which is given over to a fragrant citrus orchard.

The sheltered courtyard from which one accesses Belich has been designed as an alternative al fresco area for breakfast or for an afternoon snooze. Conveniently situated just outside this courtyard, and easily accessed from the kitchen, is a food preparation area, with sinks and a barbecue.

Due to the nature of the property including several drops around the grounds, children must be supervised at all times.

Some areas of this property may be overlooked.

You may also wish to know that the pool has a single depth of 1.5m.

Because of natural changes to the coastline from season to season, the sandy beach in front of this property may not look as it does in the photos.

One section of the access road to Belich is a little rough, so we recommend guests hire a car with high ground clearance.
