Details
Prices include:
- Six days immersed in a full food and wine experience hosted by the villa owner, Jon Moslet, and including cookery demonstrations in Italian and English, and hands-on lessons with the villa's chef, Dora, and her team
- A cookery lesson experience with a Sicilian Michelin-starred chef, followed by an in-villa dinner featuring their full signature gourmet dining experience
- Seven nights’ accommodation at the private luxury villa Rocca delle Tre Contrade in double rooms (single occupancy also available)
- A programme of guided tours with an English- and Italian-speaking guide and related ground transportation
- the presence of Jon Moslet, the villa owner, who will be your host for the duration of your stay (he is fluent in English and Italian)
- All meals and wine-tastings including wine and beverages (7 breakfasts, 7 lunches, 7 dinners)
- Transfers in comfortable Mercedes vans between Catania Fontanarossa Airport and Rocca delle Tre Contrade on the first and last day of the week
- Complimentary in-house laundry service (dry cleaning not included)
- For double rooms booked for one participant and one non-participant, all airport transfers and breakfast, lunch and dinner each day are included
All bedrooms have luxurious en-suite private bathrooms with shower (or shower and tub), high-thread Egyptian cotton bed linen by Frette, voluminous wardrobes, side tables, and daybeds or armchairs. There is some difference in size and ceiling height, as described below. Booking conditions and payment deadlines as per The Thinking Traveller's terms and conditions.
Prices exclude:
- Flights and all travel/transfers from your home to Catania International Airport and back (please note that the closest airport to Rocca delle Tre Contrade is Catania International Airport in Sicily)
- Optional medical or cancellation insurance any meals and attractions not specified in the itinerary
- Tips and gratuities for guides, drivers and villa staff
- Any additional travel expenses associated with extended stays
