Reduced Occupancy

During the shoulder seasons, Liliana has a reduced price for a group of up to 6 to 8 that only need up to 3 to 4 bedrooms. The bedrooms not required will be closed, but the rest of the villa, its amenities and its grounds will remain at the complete disposal of guests. Should you book the reduced occupancy rate, the main house bedrooms will be prepared for you.

Inside

accommodation at Liliana is laid out over a main house on a variety of levels and two guesthouses accessed externally from the terraces.

The main entrance leads into a welcoming hallway off which the ground floor accommodation flows. To the right is the smart contemporary kitchen, which features a central island, picture windows looking out to sea, and a door opening out onto the main sea-view terrace. To the left is a guest WC and stairs leading down to the lower ground floor.

Straight ahead is a generously proportioned, luminous open-concept space with whitish-grey polished concrete floors, lofty, white-washed wood-beamed ceilings, and superb views out to sea. A dining table comfortably seating 10 sits to the right, while to the left, passing under a wide-spanning arch, is a slightly raised living area, furnished with a large L-shaped designer sofa. Doors open out onto a main sea-view terrace and the atmosphere is one of gentle serenity.

Steps lead up from the living area to the principal bedroom, a good-sized double with fabulous sea views, an en-suite shower room, and two sets of French windows opening out onto a pair of panoramic terraces, one to the front and one to the side.

Back in the dining area, a few stairs leads up to a mezzanine level landing, off which is a double bedroom with access to a terrace and an adjacent shower room. This latter is shared with a double bedroom with a wrap-around sea-view terrace located up another half flight of stairs.

Accommodation in the main house is completed by the lower ground floor, which is accessed via a staircase in the entrance hall. Here there is the staff quarters, a laundry room, a well-equipped gym, a massage area, a kitchen, and a small living room with sofa bed opening out onto the large shady portion of the pool terrace. A door from the small living room also connects to a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, sea views and pool terrace access. Depending on guests’ requirements, the living room can be a communal space or closed off to create a private suite with the bedroom.

The first of the two externally accessed guesthouses is located below the principal bedroom of the main house. A split-level suite, it has a double-twin bedroom and an en-suite shower room above, as well as a sitting area and kitchen corner a few steps below. It boasts sea views and a terrace overlooking, and accessing the pool area.

The second externally accessed guesthouse hosts a bright sea-view double-twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. It is located next to the lower ground floor bedroom/suite, at the end of the pool terrace.

Outside

Liliana is blessed with myriad terraces that offer numerous options for al fresco living.

First is the lovely sea-view terrace accessed from the main house's living and dining area and the kitchen of the main house. Hosting a shaded dining table and an in-built cushioned sitting area, this is a most convivial spot in which to gather, gaze at the views and enjoy lazy meals. The terrace wraps around the kitchen to a shaded built-in barbecue area.

Steps lead down from here to the extensive sea-view pool area. To one side is a sunny terrace enveloping the salt-water infinity pool, while to the other is a large shaded area hosting a dining area, a sitting area and a bar.

These are all sociable areas, but Liliana also ensures that guests can enjoy more private al fresco moments too: the principal bedroom has two terraces looking out to sea; the second and third bedrooms in the main house have their own terraces; the first guesthouse opens out onto a terrace just above the pool area; and the second guesthouse also comes with a section of terrace.

Walls in local honey-bronze stone act as a foil to the pure white of the house itself and morph into walls running around the perimeter of the gardens. Low-lying shrubs, palm trees and climbing flowers have been planted to provide a colourful backdrop, while other parts of the grounds have been left in a natural state to blend in with the surrounding countryside.

Liliana features a fantastic infinity pool, offering swimmers stunning views while in the pool. There is a drop off the infinity side so we recommend children are supervised at all times. Please refer to our general safety page if you would like more information about infinity pools.

There is a residence of apartments about 30m from Liliana and a section of the pool area is overlooked.

Due to the nature of the property including terraces low walls and several drops around the grounds, children must be supervised at all times.

The number of steps that must be negotiated to get into and/or around this property might make it unsuitable for people with mobility problems.

Please note that due to the risk of wildfires, the use of fire pits and barbecues is restricted when the weather is windy or temperatures are high. This is particularly common in July and August. More information will be provided in your House Guide and via your local specialist.
