NB: A double-twin bedroom has two single beds that can either be joined together to create a double bed or left separate as two single beds.

Inside

the main entrance takes one in to the open concept living and dining area, which boasts fantastic sea views over the infinity pool and the turquoise waters of the Ionian Sea. Furnished stylishly and with comfort in mind, the living area is the heart of the house from which the rest of the accommodation flows.

First is the modern, well-equipped kitchen, which looks out on and accesses the pool and a shaded outside dining and barbecue area.

Back in the living area, five steps lead up to a double-twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, while another three lead down to a further double-twin room, again with en-suite shower room and the added bonus of sea views and access to a terrace.

A further flight of stairs leads up and down from outside this room: up to the main double bedroom, complete with en-suite shower room and balcony offering stunning sea views; down to the fourth bedroom, a double bedroom, again with en-suite shower room, and an adjacent utility room with tub. This last bedroom also has sea views and a terrace.

Outside

if the living area is the fulcrum of the indoor layout, the superb infinity pool is the heart of the outdoor areas. Surrounded by large expanses of sunbathing terraces, and with shaded, sea-view zones for al fresco lounging, cooking and dining, it is hard indeed to pull yourself away from… unless, that is, you find the limpid waters of the sea, a short walk away along the garden path, too enticing to resist! Here there is a private bathing platform amongst the rocks and a pool ladder to ease one's access into and out of the Ionian.

Panorea features a fantastic infinity pool, offering swimmers stunning views while in the pool. There is quite a large drop off the infinity side, however, so precautions should be taken here. Please refer to our general safety page if you would like more information about infinity pools.

Due to the nature of the property including terraces low walls and several drops around the grounds, children must be supervised at all times.

The sea access in front of this property is via rocks and so may not be possible to use if the sea is rough.

As this villa is located on an island, we recommend extra caution when booking your flights to avoid problems or delays with ferries and hydrofoils. It may be advisable to arrive a day earlier and depart a day later. Please contact us for any information or advice.

Please note that due to the risk of wildfires, the use of fire pits and barbecues is restricted when the weather is windy or temperatures are high. This is particularly common in July and August. More information will be provided in your House Guide and via your local specialist.
