Please note that the WC for bedroom 1 is also accessed from the kitchen.

NB: A double-twin bedroom has two single beds that can either be joined together to create a double bed or left separate as two single beds.

Reduced Occupancy

During the shoulder seasons, Lina has a reduced price for a group of up to 2 that only need up to 1 bedroom. The bedrooms not required will be closed, but the rest of the villa, its amenities and its grounds will remain at the complete disposal of guests. Should you book the reduced occupancy, bedroom 2 will be prepared for you.

Inside

the main entrance at Lina takes one into a bright, spacious open-concept area with a comfortable sitting area, a kitchen-diner and a staircase leading to the first floor. A huge floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall sliding glass door blur the lines between indoor and outdoor areas and bring in the super sea views. Light-coloured stone walls, which feature throughout the property, lend a sense of place as well as contributing to the airy, luminous atmosphere.

Under the stairs a door leads into the first bedroom, a panoramic double-twin with an in-room tub and sink, a Jack-and-Jill WC (also accessed from the kitchen) and large glass sliding windows opening out onto the main terrace and pool area. Back in the living and dining area, stairs lead to the first floor, home to two lofty-ceilinged bedrooms: a spacious double with en-suite shower room and a gorgeous, shaded private terrace looking out over the pool and the sea; and a second double bedroom with en-suite shower room and access to a large, panoramic communal terrace.

Outside

Lina's spacious terraces offer all that you could want from a holiday villa: shady al fresco dining and sitting areas, glorious sea views and an irresistible infinity pool. All rooms lead outside, making for a real summery atmosphere.

The master bedroom boasts a fabulous private terrace, while the second first floor bedroom opens out onto a large panoramic sea-view space, which is also accessed via an external staircase from near the al fresco dining area. It is on this terrace that you will probably toast the sunset with a glass of something cold. Your view from here takes in the island of Skorpios, once the private refuge of Aristotle Onassis and the location for his wedding with Jacqueline Kennedy.

Lina features a fantastic infinity pool, offering swimmers stunning views while in the pool. There is a drop off the infinity side so we recommend children are supervised at all times. Please refer to our general safety page if you would like more information about infinity pools.

Please note that there is no real shallow end in the pool, whose minimum depth is over 1.3m.

Due to the nature of the property including terraces low walls and several drops around the grounds, children must be supervised at all times.

Some areas of this property may be overlooked.

Although this property is located within walking distance of some shops and restaurants, we strongly recommend that you hire a car.

Please note that due to the risk of wildfires, the use of fire pits and barbecues is restricted when the weather is windy or temperatures are high. This is particularly common in July and August. More information will be provided in your House Guide and via your local specialist.
