Inside

accommodation at Naia is all on one floor and simply laid out.

The hub of the home is a spacious, open-plan communal area, whose wall of floor-to-ceiling, fully retractable glass doors bring in the sensational sea views and allow seamless access to the glorious terraces.

Essentially divided into three parts, this light-filled space features smooth, sandy flooring, white-painted walls and ceilings, integrated lighting, and sleek, clean lines. At one end is a living area with a capacious, L-shaped designer sofa, and a wall-mounted TV above a contemporary fireplace. At the other is the well-equipped modern kitchen, which comes with a large, central island-bar and mirrored splash backs that reflect the gorgeous sea views. In the centre , next to a little indoor garden below a lightwell, is a dining table looking out to sea.

Naia's four bedrooms are all accessed from the communal space, two directly and two via a short corridor. Specifically, there is:

• the master bedroom, a double with glorious sea views, terrace access, and an en-suite shower room with two separate showers
• a double-twin with en-suite shower room and a sitting area under a skylight
• a double with en-suite shower room and a sitting area under a skylight
• a double with en-suite shower room, a separate space with a free-standing tub, and a sitting area, both under skylights

Completing the accommodation at Naia is a guest WC, accessed from the communal space.

Outside

conceived to make the most of its incredible position and its unbeatable views over the shimmering Ionian Sea, the islets of Madouri, Skorpidi and Sparti, and the Greek mainland, Naia excels when it comes to al fresco pleasures.

The large communal space flows out via a wall of fully retractable glass doors onto the first of two gorgeous terraces, which runs along the entire façade of the house. Set under an arcing, slatted structure, and furnished with a sitting area (outside the master bedroom), a dining area, and a series of sun loungers and daybeds, this is where you will spend much of your time. Sitting in pride of place is the elegant, 16m-long infinity pool, which boasts a shallow, beach-effect end, a water curtain, and sublime views. Right next to the pool is a heatable hydromassage tub, and a few steps from there is a shaded bar and barbecue-kitchen area, the perfect spot for aperitif-time and rustling up simple dinners.

Steps lead down from both ends of the pool terrace to the second terrace, which is delimited by glass balustrades and set over two levels: the upper hosts three double sun loungers, each with a parasol; the lower features a well-cushioned, curvaceous, built-in sitting area wrapping round a firepit.  

Naia's al fresco charms are not yet exhausted, however, thanks to a path of gentle steps that wends down through the pine trees to a little pebbly beach and the sparkling waters of the Ionian Sea below.

Due to the nature of the property, which includes terraces, low walls, and several drops around the grounds, children must be supervised at all times.

Naia features a fantastic infinity pool, offering swimmers stunning views while in the pool. There is a drop off the infinity side so we recommend children are supervised at all times. Please refer to our general safety page if you would like more information about infinity pools.

The depth of the pool ranges from 90-160cm.

The number of steps that must be negotiated to get into and around this property might make it unsuitable for people with limited mobility.

Boats may moor in the bay below the house, especially in the high season, and the seafront area is public and may be used by other people.

Because of natural changes to the coastline from season to season, the pebbly beach below this property may not look as it does in the photos.

Please note that this property has a few neighbours, including one next door.

Please note that due to the risk of wildfires, the use of fire pits and barbecues is restricted when the weather is windy or temperatures are high. This is particularly common in July and August. More information will be provided in your House Guide and via your local specialist.

Due to the location of the villa we recommend guests rent an SUV or a 4X4 vehicle.
