Making a booking


Either: 1. Book your villa online straight from the villa page

The easiest way to book your villa is to confirm it online straight from the villa page. This is possible for the vast majority of our villas for bookings between Easter and the end of October. If your villa does not have the option "Book Now" listed below the availability table, or you are booking outside these dates, just click "Make an enquiry", complete your details, and we will contact you to take you through the confirmation.

For the majority of our villas, just follow these four easy steps:

a. Choose your perfect property: use our website, our brochure and the detailed knowledge and advice of one of our expert Villa Specialists to identify the perfect villa for your holiday.

b. On the property page, click on "Prices, availability and booking", select trip duration, month and currency and then add information about your group composition and rooming requirements.

c. You will then see which weeks the villa is available in your month of choice. Choose the week(s) you'd like to book.

d. Click "Book Now" and follow the simple steps to confirm your booking using a credit or debit card to pay through our secure server. (See from step 5 below for details of this process).

N.B. this system can be used to confirm one villa at a time. If you want to book more than one villa, just repeat the process for each one.

If you have a current option on a villa (placed by your Villa Specialist at your request), it will show as a pending booking on the availability table for that villa. To confirm your booking, log on to your personal "Client Area" page (see point 3 below and the login link in the email you received from your Villa Specialist).


Or: 2. Select your villas and ask us to make a provisional booking

a. Choose your perfect properties: use our website, our brochure and the detailed knowledge and advice of one of our expert Villa Specialists to identify the perfect villa for your holiday.

b. Ask your Villa Specialist to make a provisional booking for you. Depending on the season, you may place options on a shortlist of properties for a few days whilst you make your final choice.

c. When you make your provisional booking, your Villa Specialist will send you an email with your login password for our secure booking area.

d. Once you have your login details, just follow our very user-friendly payment system to confirm your arrangements and either pay by credit or debit card through our secure server or arrange a bank transfer.


3. Log-in to your personal page

Enter your user name and password to log-in to your personal page, we will send you an email with a link to create a password when you place an option with us. If you are having trouble logging in please call a member of the team on +44 (0)20 7377 8518.

 4. Welcome to your dashboard.

To begin booking your villa navigate through by clicking “My bookings”



5. Provisional arrangements

Identify your provisional arrangement and click the "Proceed to payment" button.

6. Confirming your booking

Review your villa details and begin the process of confirming your booking by clicking the "Proceed" button.

7. Terms & Conditions

Choose your payment method and confirm that you have read our booking conditions and click “Proceed”. If you are paying by credit card, you will be asked to select the type of credit card you wish to pay with on the following page. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, or would prefer to pay by credit card over the phone, you will be directed to a page with information to help your confirm your booking.

8. Enter your card details

Once your credit details are entered click "Make payment", and our secure server will do the rest.



9. Booking confirmation

Once your booking is confirmed, you will immediately receive a confirmation invoice by email.

You will then be able to use your personal page to:

a. Complete the details about your party composition, travel details, etc.
b. Book extra services, including wine deliveries, cooks, etc.
c. View and print your invoice and booking conditions.

10. Paying your balance

If you have paid your deposit more than 9 weeks before your date of travel, you may make your balance payment at any time before the "balance due" date. Before your balance due date, you will receive an email to remind you to pay your balance using the same system you used to pay your deposit. Once you have paid your balance, you will be able to download and print your property vouchers, your house guides and other useful information about your trip.
